| Abstract: | In colleges and universities,the building of the freshman class leader ranks is an important task to the counsellors.It is of capital importance to bulid a class leader ranks with high quality and strong ability.The building of the freshman class leader ranks,we can set about from sectcting reasonablly,and giving directions timely,and guiding corectly,and giving them a free hand boldly. |
