| Abstract: | The key of whether an independent college can survive from sharp competition among universities and colleges is that whether this college can develop high quality popular human talent for the society or not.Teaching staff is the key factor of improving the quality of academic input.This study discusses the problem of independent collge in Jiangsu province and give some advices to optimize the teaching staff. |
