摘    要:地方政府间竞争越来越趋于制度环境等软实力的竞争。基于区域品牌的地方政府间竞争必将有利于充分发挥市场机制的基础性作用;有利于公共品的有效供给,纠正市场失灵;有利于促进各地专业化分工,避免恶性竞争;有利于提高区域经济的开放性;有利于增进财富要素的根植性;有利于促进生产要素升级和经济增长方式的转变。

Abstract:The competition among local governments more and more tends to the competition of soft power like the institutional environment.Thecompetition among local governments based on the regional brand is in favor of fully playing the basic role of the market mechanism,is helpful to theeffective supply of public product,and correct market failure,is conducive to the specialized division,and is helpful to the improvement of the productionfactors and the change of economic growth mode.
