硼对AZ91镁合金显微组织和腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:研究了B含量对AZ91镁合金显微组织和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:B元素的引入明显细化了镁合金的组织,随着B含量的增加,合金中α-Mg相和β的尺寸减小,β相由原来连续的网状分布变为断续、离散的岛屿状分布。同时,B的加入可以有效的提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:The impact of B content on the corrosion resistance and microstructure of AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied.The results show as following: the introduction of element of B refines microstructure of magnesium alloy obviously,and along with increasing B content,the size of α-Mg phase and β in the alloy reduce,and β phase becomes discontinuous,discrete island-like distribution from the continuous reticular distribution.Meanwhile,the mix of B can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.
