分析羽毛球杀球技术易犯错误及防范与纠正

杀球是运动员必须采用的进攻手段,但其技术结构相对复杂较难以掌握。本文对西安体育学院07、08、09级本科羽毛球专修学生进行观察与实践,对杀球中易出现的错误进行了分析与归纳,旨为更好的掌握杀球技术提供参考价值。

Analysis on the Error of Badminton Smash Technique and Its Prevention and Correction

Smash is the necessary means of attack for athletes,but its technical structure is relatively complex and is difficult to grasp.This paper conducts observation and practice to the 07,08,09-level undergraduate students majoring in badminton of Xi'an Physical Education University,and makes analysis and generalization of errors of smash,aiming to provide better reference to grasp access to smash technology.
