基本医疗卫生服务均等化研究进展评述

基本医疗卫生服务均等化是我国创建和谐社会的重要内容,对缩小城乡差距、促进社会公平、公正发展具有重要意义。文章从基本医疗卫生服务与均等化的内涵、国外相关理论与实践研究以及国内对基本医疗卫生服务及均等化的理论基础、指标体系、测量评价、促进策略等方面进行文献研究疏理,提出基本卫生服务均等化理论和实践的思考。

A Review on the Equality of Basic Health Services

The equality of basic health services has a significant meaning to shorten the disparity between our city and county,and it is vital to promote the social equity and social justness.It is also an important content for our country to build the harmonious society.In this paper,the author discusses the connotation of the equality of basic health,the relevant academic and practical studies in external countries,and also expounds the theoretical basis,the index system,the measuring evaluation and the promoting strategies of the equality of basic health services in our country.At last,the paper puts forward the thinking about the theory and practice of the basic health services.
