| 摘 要： | 煤炭企业财务风险是指在生产经营活动过程中,由于存在着各种无法预知或不可控的因素,使企业实际财务收益与预期财务收益发生偏差而遭受损失的可能性。本文针对煤炭企业财务风险的种类,研究分析了财务风险形成的原因,并且提出了财务风险的防范措施。

| Abstract: | The coal enterprise financial risk is the possibility of loss caused by the deviation of the actual financial income and expected financial income because of unpredictable or not controllable factors.This article presents the types of financial risk of coal enterprise,studies the reasons,and puts forward the measures to prevent financial risks. |
