论应用型大学人才培养模式的转变

独立学院是中国在教育大众化发展过程中出现的新事物,按新机制、新模式建立的高等教育新形式,以其"独、民、优"的办学优势在短短几年间显示出了强劲的发展势头,为我国的高等教育大众化作出了巨大的贡献,对我国高等教育改革也产生了深远的影响。本文结合独立学院实际,认为应用型大学人才培养模式要从传统模式实现以下的几个转变。

Transformation of Applied University Personnel Training Modes

Independent colleges in China have been novel things in the popularization of education development.Established through the new mechanism and model in the higher education,independent colleges with their "independent,popular,excellent" education have recently shown strong growth momentum and made a great contribution for China’s higher education.Also they have created a profound impact on the reform of China’s higher education.This paper shows that on the basis of current situation of independent colleges,the education model for training practical and skilled students should realize the following transition from the traditional education model.
