| 摘 要： | 土地是人类赖以生活和生产的基本条件。随着经济的高速发展,人口的急剧增长,土地资源的利用和经济发展的矛盾日益突出。文章结合磐石市土地资源的利用现状,分析土地资源合理利用的制约因素,并对磐石市土地资源利用提出科学合理的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The land is the basic conditions for human life and production.With the rapid development of economy and rapid population growth,the contradictions between the utilization of land resource and economic development become increasingly prominent.This article,combining with utilization reality of land resources of Panshi city,analyzed restrictive factors of rational utilization of land resources,and raised scientific and rational countermeasures. |
