摘    要:采用RFID、BC等自动识别技术获取数据,运用大数据、云计算技术处理后,将食品所处状态和定位信息实时传输到追溯平台。通过该平台,食品供应链上相关企业可以上传产品信息,消费者可以查询食品流转过程和质量安全追溯信息,出现问题产品时监管部门可以登录系统迅速将其召回。

Abstract:In this paper,we used such automatic identification technologies as RFID and BC to obtain data concerning the status and positioning of food,which after being processed through big data technologies and cloud computing,is transmitted in real time to a traceability platform.By way of this platform,relevant companies in the food supply chain can upload product information;consumers can query the food circulation process and the quality and safety traceability information of the food;while the regulatory authorities can log in to the system to quickly recall the product in case of problem.
