| Abstract: | It is the equity ownership structure of marketed corporations and shareholders' experience,psychological actions and risk bearing capacity that lead to excessive volatility of shareholders' confidence in stock market.Together with the speculation behaviors of the speculative institutional investors which can spread the price gap,the excess volatility of shareholders' confidence results in excessive fluctuation of stock price. |
