东北、内蒙古重点国有林区劳动力转移途径分析

摘    要:在对东北、内蒙古重点国有林区劳动力现状分析的基础上,分析劳动力再就业缺乏有效的制度保障、林区劳动力城市就业不充分、林区劳动力综合素质低以及就业观念上存在误区等影响林区劳动力转移的障碍,指出国有林区劳动力的转移途径主要包括内部转移途径和林业外部转移途径,提出促进国有林区劳动力转移的措施:国家和地方政府应加强制度保障,多渠道拓宽就业途径,劳动者个人要转变观念,提高综合素质,增强就业能力。
