| 摘 要： | 经济转型是资源型城市可持续发展的必经过程,而经济转型绩效的高低是度量资源型城市经济转型状况的重要指标。本文从经济、社会、资源、环境四个方面构建了资源型城市经济转型绩效评价的指标体系,运用层次分析法对白银、金昌两市经济转型绩效及经济、社会、资源、环境各指标进行了测算、比较和分析,从经济、社会、资源、环境四个系统协调发展,提出了实现可持续发展目标的几点建议。 |

| Abstract: | The economic transformation of resources-based cities is necessary for sustainable development;the achievement of economic transformation is an important indicator to measure resources-based cities.Firstly,based on economy,society,resource and environment,the paper establishes the achievement evaluation index system for resources-based cities.Then,measures,compares and analyzes the achievement of economic transformation and economy,society,resource and environment index of Baiyin and Jinchang city.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development and the coordination of the four areas of the two cities. |
