| Abstract: | In this paper,we explore substantive characteristics of the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance based on symbiosis theory,and point out the difficulties in the process of operating the ITISA,then give suggestion and specific measures of improving the mechanisms and system of the ITISA in Chongqing. |
