| 摘 要： | 本文运用金融相关率理论,通过对黑龙江省农业生产投入情况的调查,建立了农业信贷需求理论值测算模型,定量分析了黑龙江省农业信贷资金供求状况,指出了黑龙江农村金融支持体系存在的主要问题,提出了黑龙江省农业发展中金融支持的对策建议,旨在为黑龙江省农业信贷供给决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of financial interrelations ratio,the calculation model of demand theory value of agricultural credit is established by investigating the agricultural production investment of Heilongjiang province.Quantitatively analyzing capital supply and demand of agricultural credit,and indicating the issues existing in Heilongjiang countryside financial support system.Measures and suggestions on financial support of Heilongjiang agricultural development are put forward as a reference of agricultural credit supply decision for Heilongjiang province. |
