农村经营模式、农地产权及其可持续利用的创新机理

从农地可持续利用与经营模式的内在关系及其创新机理,经营模式、产权创新与政府职能的内在关系及其创新机理,农地可持续利用的产权支持和监督考核体系等三个子块出发,为农村经营模式、农地产权和农地可持续利用内在关系及其创新机理研究构建新的理论框架。在经济发展的一定阶段,应重新认识农地集体所有制的存在条件和必要性,"三农"问题最后的落脚点仍在于经营主体基于产权创新的市场主动和对未来的良好预期。

Rural Management Pattern,Property Rights of Rural Land and the Innovation Mechanism of Its Sustainable Utilizing

On the basis of analyzing the relations among the sustainable use of farm land and country management pattern and the innovation of the property right and the function of government, this article constructs a new theory frame to lucubrate the inherence and the innovation mechanism of the sustainable use of farm land and country management pattern and the property right of farm land. It points out that we should study the condition and the ne- cessity of the collectivity possession of farm land. Lastly, it depends on the market initiative and good expectation of the proprietors to resolve the problems of countryside, farmers and farm land.
