| 摘 要： | 大量的理论和实证研究表明，服务业外商直接投资可通过直接和间接效应，对东道国产业结构调整产生重要影响。文章针对广州市的实证检验结论表明，处于不同的经济发展阶段，服务业外商直接投资对经济发展和结构调整的作用也截然不同。就现阶段而言，服务业FDI是影响服务业内部结构调整的原因，而服务业结构变动也会影响服务业外商直接投资的变化。进一步检验发现，广州服务业FDI对流通业的影响要大于生产服务业和房地产业，而对社会服务业的影响则不显著，这与2000年以来，外商直接投资在服务业内部各行业间的变动轨迹是一致的。由此认为，服务业外商直接投资具有很强的结构调整效应，并提出利用外资优化服务业内部结构的政策建议。
