| 摘 要： | 作为支撑我国区域经济发展的重要产业组织形态,块状经济存在不少素质性、结构性问题。加快向现代产业集群转变,实现主导产业向价值链高端的攀升,是我国块状经济转型发展的必由之路。这个过程中,国内典型区域通过发展特色总部经济、针对性嫁接外资、改造专业市场、龙头企业引领创新、政府优惠政策安排等举措,为其他区域块状经济的转型升级提供了经验和启示。

| Abstract: | As an important industry organization form in support of regional economic development, there are several quality and structural problems in domestic massive economy. It is an inevitable way to accelerate the transition of China＇s massive economic to modernize industrial clusters and achieve leading industries climbing to the high-end of the value chain. In this process, domestic typical regions have provided useful experience and enlightenment for other regions through different initiatives, such as developing featured economy mode of headquarters, grafting foreign investment on specified targets, upgrading professional markets, encouraging backbone enterprises to lead industry innovation and implementing favorable government policies. |
