| 摘 要： | 旋光仪是一种用于测定物质旋光度的仪器。通过旋光度(光学活性)的测定,可以分析某一物质的浓度、含量及纯度等。数字式旋光仪采用光电检测、光学零位自动平衡原理,因此对目视旋光仪难以分析的低旋光度样品也能适应。文章重点阐述了旋光仪相关具体调试维修过程及经验。
