| 摘 要： | 自2000年以来,一些科研院所转制为科技型企业,实现由事业单位向市场竞争主体的角色转变。文章分析了转制为科技型企业的科研院所在转制过程中遇到的问题及其原因,并对转制后科研院所的可持续发展提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Since the year of 2000,some science research institutes has been turn into science & technology-oriented enterprises,and realized the role transformation from institutions run by government into major market competitors.The paper analyzes the problems in turning science & technology research institutes into science & technology-oriented enterprises and the related causes,providing some advice on how to keep their sustainable development. |
