摘    要:优质服务是电力企业生存、发展之本,是企业谋求社会效益和经济效益最大化的结合点。文章探讨了电力优质服务的意义,分析了当前电力行业存在的问题,提出电力行业提高优质服务的策略,以优质服务去赢得市场,促进电力企业加速发展。

Abstract:First-rate service refers to the root of existence and development for a power enterprise,which is also the maximized combination between social benefits and economic ones attained by enterprises.The paper expounds the meaning of first-rate services,analyzes the problems in power industry currendy,and puts forward the strategies to improve them for power enterprises,win the market shares by them and promote power enterprises to expedite their development.
