| Abstract: | First-rate service refers to the root of existence and development for a power enterprise,which is also the maximized combination between social benefits and economic ones attained by enterprises.The paper expounds the meaning of first-rate services,analyzes the problems in power industry currendy,and puts forward the strategies to improve them for power enterprises,win the market shares by them and promote power enterprises to expedite their development. |
