| 摘 要： | 近年来,为适应企业内外形势变化,提高组织效率,许多煤炭企业提出了组织精简的方案,使原有长期形成的相对稳定的心理契约受到冲击。面对心理契约的新变化和新要求,为防止心理契约失衡或违背给组织带来消极影响,必须及时对其调整、重构。文章从心理契约的概念及作用机理出发,根据煤炭企业组织精简下心理契约发生的变化,提出了重构心理契约的策略。
