| Abstract: | The article sums up the probe and the practice for the collective forestry property rights system reform of Nanping city in Fujian province,and putting forward that after the reform of collective forestry property rights system is clear,the key point is perfecting and improving the relative system,and forming the management system adapting to the characteristic of collective forestry to consolidate and enlarge the outcome of reform,and to promote the sustainable development for forestry. |
