| 摘 要： | 文章从运输成本、仓储成本、惩罚成本与物流管理费用四个方面分析了冷链物流成本,并建立了成本优化模型。文章认为,应通过制定农产品冷链物流法律法规和标准、提供精益的物流服务、建立一体化的农产品冷链物流模式及加大冷链物流技术和设备研发力度等措施优化生鲜农产品冷链系统成本。

| Abstract: | The cost of fresh agricultural cold-chain system is studied from aspects of transportation cost,store cost,penalties and logistics costs.The model of cost optimization is established.This paper considers that we should optimize the cost from aspects of legislation of fresh agricultural products,efficient logistics services,unified logistic mode and technology development.And then put forward some fresh produce cost optimization approach. |
