北京的产业结构与就业结构的变化

本文分析了北京的产业结构和就业结构的变动过程，提出了产业结构和就业结构已处于现代型阶段，但第三产业国内生产总值比重和劳动力比重与纽约、伦敦等国际大都市相比偏低。因此，应逐步提高第三产业的发展水平，使之与第一、二产业协调发展，并在重视增长速度的同时注重提高增长质量，形成合理的规模和结构。以推动北京经济的持续稳定发展。

The Change of Industrial and Employment Structure of Beijing

This paper analyses the process of change in industrial and employment structures of Beijing and points out that the industrial and employment structures are still at the modem stage. The percentages of GDP and employees in tertiary industry compared with the cities of New York, London and Tokyo are too low. So Beijing should increase the level of tertiary industry, in order to well coordinate primary industry and second industry. Meanwhile, it should also form rational industrial structure and promote sustained economic development at the time of improving industrial quality.
