福建体育职业技术学院健身健美实训基地建设的探讨

文章采用文献资料、调查、实证研究等方法,对福建体育职业技术学院健身实训基地建设的现状进行研究。结果表明:基地定位不明确、课堂所学与实训内容联系不够紧密、管理混乱是基地建设存在的主要问题。据此提出完善基地功能、合理整合课程资源、明确部门分工与职责、突出特色服务等建议,并对实训基地建设远期设想与规划做了展望。

The research on the exercise base of practice training building in the Fujian sports vocational education and technical collede

An investigation on the present exercise base of practice training building in the Fujian sports vocational education and technical college has been conducted by adopting the approaches of literature mate-rial method、survey procedure and empirical approach.The results show that the main problems of base building are following:the position of base is ambiguous;the contact of skills learned in class and content of practice training are defective tightness and bad management。For these,the author propose the approaches include the following:improving the base functions;integrating the course resources reasonably;clearing the divisionof department functions and responsibilities and standing the special service,and so on。Besides,it looking forward to the base of practice training and planing it。
