| 摘 要： | 产业创新的外溢效应一直是实证分析的难点。Dietzenbacher（2000）以投入产出表为基础建立了创新外溢的实证模型。基于Dietzenbacher模型的实证分析表明，我国产业创新外溢主要以过程创新为主，但总体上外溢效应逐步下降。根据对各产业部门创新外溢效应的分析，我国应加大传统的劳动密集型产业（如食品制造业）的研究与开发投资力度，加大对生产性服务业的创新投入，发挥其较强的创新外溢效应，推动我国经济的持续增长。

| Abstract: | The spillover effect of industrial innovation has always been a difficult problem for empirical analysis. Dietzenbacher(2000) established an empirical models of innovation spillovers based on the input-output table. The empirical analysis showed that the process innovation was the main form of innovation spillover in China, and the spillover effect was declining overall. In order to exert the spillover eddect, we should step up the R&D investment of the traditional labor-intensive industries, such as the food industry, and increase the innovation investment of the producer service industry. |
