| 摘 要： | 受传统二元结构影响,中国农村土地制度的二元特征十分显著.农村土地制度的二元性是中国转型中产生的特殊问题,必须随着二元结构转型而与时俱进.严格界定国家、集体与农民的土地关系,应成为今后农村土地制度创新的主题.

| Abstract: | Influenced by the traditional dualistic structure, the duality of Chinese rural tenure system, which is the special problem produced in Chinese transition period and has to develop with the transition of the dualistic structure, is quite distinguishing, Therefore, it should be the theme of the present rural tenure system innovation to define the tenure relations among the country, the collective and the individual peasants. |
