盘式刹车系统模糊可靠性分析

摘    要:石油钻机盘式刹车系统是由串联子系统和并联子系统组成的复杂混联系统:简要分析了盘式刹车执行机构的可靠性数学模型.并运用二级模糊综合评判的方法对盘式刹车执行机构的可靠性进行了预计。然后根据预计的盘式刹车执行机构的可靠性指标,采用模糊评价的方法对各零部件进行了可靠度指标的分配.

Abstract:Wheel-type braking system for oil drilling machine is a complicated system consisting of a series subsystem and a parallel subsystem. In this paper, a brief analysis is made of the mathematical model on the reliability of the performing mechanism of wheel-type braking system and an estimation is made on its reliability by secondary fuzzy evaluation. Then, based on the estimated reliability indicators, a distribution of reliability indicator is made for all component parts by means of fuzzy evaluation.
