| 摘 要： | 本文从目前各行各业推进学习型组织创建过程中遇到的问题着手,应用平衡记分卡技术,提出用于无形资产评估的战略准备度理论,分析了问题生成的原因并提出了进一步推进学习型组织创建活动的几点建议。
