我国机场企业航空物流发展战略研究

本文认为,机场作为全球动态物流链的重要支点,日益成为促进和加强贸易发展的重要载体。本文运用SWOT分析法,构造了内部要素评价矩阵和外部要素评价矩阵,提出我国机场企业内部状况总体上处于优势,面临的机会大于威胁,机遇大于挑战,其航空物流在总体上应采取增长型的发展战略。但随着航空物流传统优势的逐渐弱化,其面临的威胁不断增加,我国机场企业航空物流的发展应重点关注基于关键资源的制胜战略、基于信息技术的供应链整合战略、面向机场的航空物流网络化战略和第四方物流发展战略。

Research on the Development Strategy of China's Air Logistics

As on important pivot in dynamic global logistics chain,airports are b ecoming and increasingly important carrier in promoting and strengthening trade expansion.By applying such strategic analysis instruments as SWOT,IFE and EFE matrix,the authors put forward that China's airport enterprises have some advan tages.They are facing more opportunities.But,with the traditional advantages becoming weak,they will face more threat.So,they must adopt such efficacious approaches as implementing strategies of critical resources,integrating supply chain based on IT,developing networked air logistics,and the fourth party logi stics.
