| Abstract: | The article analyses the present situation of the human capital of the state-owned industrial enterprises in Guangxi on the basis of investigation and research on the spot.It discusses the human capital and the benefits and development of the state-owned industrial enterprises in Guangxi and their relations.It points out that the human capital is the key power to the development of the enterprises.It also puts forward a proposal of devoting much attention to human capital investment. |
