技术性贸易壁垒对我国外贸的影响与对策

技术贸易壁垒是当今发达国家设置贸易障碍、推行贸易保护最有效的方法之一。目前发达国家主要在技术标准、卫生检疫、绿色贸易等方面设置贸易壁垒,实施新的贸易保护。针对日趋严重的技术贸易壁垒问题,我们一方面要加紧研究以突破国外的技术壁垒,另一方面要积极利用世贸组织规则,尽快建立自己的产业保护体系。作为发展中国家,合理利用技术性贸易壁垒以促进本国产业发展,对入世后的中国显得更为迫切。

The Impact of TBT on Our Foreign Trade and Proposed Remedies

Technical barriers to trade are one of the most effective methods to set up trade obstacles and carry out trade protection. At present, developed countries have set up trade barriers in the field of technical standards, health quarantine, green trade etc to construct industry protection system. In view of the increasingly serious problem of technical trade barriers, we must speed up research and break through them; in the mean time, we should make use of WTO rules to build up our industry offence system. As a developing country, it is urgent for China to carry out technical trade barriers to protect domestic industries after accession to WTO.
