四川省电力供需现状与对策探讨

四川省近年来电力供需形势呈典型的“丰期窝电，枯期缺电”特征。当前电力供需的紧张除了需求原因之外，主要在于发展战略上的偏颇、电网建设落后、电源结构单一以及电力体制的制度缺陷。电力供需的紧张局势短期内难以根本缓解，但是可能在未来一段时期后出现逆转。为了平衡供需关系，需要在需求管理、电网电源建设、体制改革与系统管理等方面采取积极措施。

On Present Situation and Countermeasures of Supply and Demand of Electronic Power in Sichuan

In Sichuan province, the supply and demand of electronic power in Sichuan shows the situation that nimiety in ample flow period while shortage in low water period. At present, except the reason of demand increasing, because of impolitic developing strategies, outdated transmission system, single power architecture and poor management in electronic power the imbalance in power supply is hard to be solved in a short tlme, but the situation could get better in far future if the above-mentioned problems can be improved.
