示范项目建设对提升高职院校内涵建设的作用

On the Role that the Construction of the Demonstration Projects Plays in Promoting the Content Building in Vocational Colleges

For vocational colleges, making effort to promote the construction of demonstration projects and solve the problems oceuring in the improvement of content building plays an effective role in the innovation of the mode of personnel training of combining learning with working. At the same time, this attempt highlights the advantages of the key construction spcialities of the colleges, as well as improves the construction of the curriculum system based on the work process. This practice also helps to optimize the ＂dual＂ structure of teachers, to strengthen the practice base, hereby to enhance the college＇s overall management levels and promote the content building of the colleges along with improvng the personel training quality.
