| 摘 要： | 通过江苏某职业技术学院退回图书问题,探讨了我国图书业逆向物流现象,分析了图书逆向物流产生的原因主要有管理和运行机制、市场调研和营销策略、专业化程度、"牛鞭效应"和图书定价等几个方面的因素,并从传统制度改革、创新图书逆向物流模式、供应链管理等几个方面来全面改善我国图书业逆向物流的现状进行了详细说明与论证。
