新农村建设背景下“大学生村官”培养机制探析

选拔优秀大学生到农村任职,对提高农村干部的整体素质、建设社会主义新农村具有十分重要的意义。村官政策实行以来,取得了很大的成效,但也面临着很多问题。加强对大学生村官的培养,是保障和促进大学生村官在新农村建设中发挥聪明才智,扎实推进新农村建设的关键。建议从高校培养和地方政府开展培训两方面对大学生村官进行培养。

The Training System of College Student Village Officials in the Context of the Construction of a New Countryside

Selecting excellent college students to the countryside is very meaningful for the improvement of the overall qualities of rural cadres and the construction of a new countryside.Since the countryside officials policy putting into practice,it obtained big effect,but it existed many problems.We must strengthen the training of the college student village officials to ensure them to play their role better and to promote the construction of a new countryside.It advised that we must pay attention to the following works:the college training and local government training.
