城市化背景下企业农民工的心理问题及对策

Psychological Problems of Enterprise's Peasant Workers under the Background of Urbanization and Countermeasures

With the acceleration of urbanization,China＇s peasant workers are widening,and gradually become a special and important groups in the city.The problems of their psychological health are also gotten more and more attention and research.Peasant workers＇ common psychological problems and the causes were analyzed in this paper under the background of urbanization,on this base,the corresponding countermeasures of solving the peasant workers＇ psychological problems were discussed so as to promote peasant workers＇ mental health and social harmony and stability.
