| 摘 要： | 居住小区的环境景观逐渐受到消费者与开发商的重视,本文通过南昌鹿瑾名居楼盘规划设计的实例,分析如何在具有优美自然景观资源和区位优势的居住小区,充分利用景观资源,创造高品质居住环境的同时为开发商创造更多的商业价值,达到景观资源与商业利益的完美结合。

| Abstract: | The environmental view of the residential community is paid attention by consumer and developer gradually.Through the instance of NanChang LU DIN MIN JIN residence planning and design,this paper analyses how to fully utilize view resources,create more commercial value for developer while creating the high-quality living environment,and reach the perfect combination of view resources and commercial interest in the residential community with beautiful natural landscape resources and position advantage. |
