| 摘 要： | 大学生志愿服务活动是高校服务社会的一种表现形式,对学生个体的发展也有促进作用。在高校建立大学生志愿服务活动的长效机制,是一个需要理论和实践探索的过程。针对当前大学生志愿服务中存在的问题,大学生志愿服务活动长效机制的建立可以从以下几个方面进行:政策宣传、组织实施、监督激励、评价调整、社会效应。

| Abstract: | College students＇ volunteering services activities are a form which universities serve society,it can also promote the students＇ individual development.Establishing the long-term mechanism of college students＇ volunteering services activities is a need to explore the process of theory and practice.For the current problems of college students volunteering,the long-term mechanism can be created from the following aspects：policy advocacy,organization and implementation,supervision and encouragement,valuation adjustment,social effects. |
