中国制造业集聚对环境效率的影响研究

集聚经济是地方经济发展的重要增长源，是提升地方经济竞争力的重要载体。中国大部分制造业在地理上高度集中，省际差异、行业差异明显；环境效率呈下降趋势，东部地区环境效率较高，中西部地区环境效率较低；制造业集聚水平与环境效率呈显著N型关系，制造业集聚的不同演化阶段对环境效率的影响不同；经济增长、产业结构、技术进步、环保意识、政府规制、城镇化、对外开放水平等是影响环境效率的重要因素。为推动经济增长方式转变，提高环境效率，实现可持续发展，应加快推动制造业集聚升级、坚持绿色发展、优化产业结构调整、增强自主创新能力、提高外资准入环境门槛等。

Research on the Impact of Manufacturing Agglomeration on Environmental Efficiency in China

Agglomeration economy is an important source of growth for local economy and an important carrier for enhancing the competitiveness of local economy. Most of China''s manufacturing industries are highly geographically concentrated with inter-provincial differences and obvious industry differences. Environmental efficiency shows a downward trend. Environmental efficiency in the eastern region is high and environmental efficiency in the central and western regions is low. Manufacturing agglomeration levels and environmental efficiency demonstrate significant N-type relations and different evolution stages of manufacturing agglomeration have different impacts on environmental efficiency. Economic growth, industrial structure, technological progress, environment protection awareness, government regulation, urbanization and the level of opening up are all important factors affecting environmental efficiency. In order to promote the transformation of economic growth mode, improve environmental efficiency and achieve sustainable development, we should speed up the concentration and upgrading of manufacturing industries, adhere to the green development, optimize the industrial structure adjustment, enhance the capability of independent innovation and raise the threshold for foreign investment accessing to the environment.
