心理契约、合作满意度与军民融合技术创新网络稳定性

军民融合技术创新网络是由核心军工企业主导的，具有其特殊性。采用在陕西省的调查问卷数据和结构方程模型，分析心理契约及合作满意度对网络稳定性的影响，结果表明：核心军工企业与网络成员间的心理契约包括交易型、关系型和发展型三个维度；核心军工企业与网络成员间心理契约的履行程度和合作满意度与网络稳定性显著正相关，交易型心理契约的履行程度与合作满意度显著正相关，合作满意度对心理契约与网络稳定性的关系具有完全中介作用。因此，在军民融合技术创新过程中，要关注心理契约对网络稳定性的影响，尤其要提高交易型心理契约的履约质量，提升各方合作满意度，以保障网络的稳定运行及技术创新的实现。

Psychological Contract, Cooperation Satisfaction and the Stability of Technology Innovation Network of Military-civil Integration

The military-civil integration technology innovation network is based on military technology and has its particularity. This paper uses the large sample questionnaire survey on Shaanxi Province and structural equation model to discuss the relationship among the psychological contract of the core military enterprises and network members, cooperation satisfaction and the network stability, from the perspective of technology innovation network in military-civil industry integration. The results show that the psychological contract between the network member and the core military enterprise is composed of three dimensions such as transaction-oriented, relation-oriented and development-oriented. The fulfillment of the psychological contract has a significantly positive impact on the innovation network stability. The positive impact of the transaction-oriented on the cooperative satisfaction is the most significant. The cooperation satisfaction plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between the psychological contract and the innovation network stability. Thus, the members of the technical innovation network of military-civil integration should not only pay attention to the impact of psychological contract on the stability of the network, but also make efforts to improve the quality of the performance of the transaction-oriented psychological contract and improve the satisfaction of the members in order to ensure the stable operation of the innovative network and the realization of its goal.
