高职学生人文素质培养的途径

高职教育以培养高素质技能型专门人才为目标,不仅要强调教育的技能性和实用性,而且还应注重加强人文素质教育。本文从课程体系调整、将人文素质培养渗透于专业技能培养中、建设科学评价体系、研究改进教育方法、提高教师人文素养、加强校园文化建设和加强学生社会实践几个方面对高职学生人文素质培养的途径进行了探讨。

The Way of Humanistic Quality Training for College Students

Higher vocational education should cultivate highly quality and skilled specialists for the target,it not only emphasizes the skill and practicability of education,but also strengthens humane quality-oriented education.This paper discussed the way of humanistic quality training for college students from curriculum system adjustment,taking humanistic quality training in professional skills of permeability,constructing the scientific evaluation system,researching the methods of improving education,increasing humanistic qualities of teachers,strengthening the construction of campus culture and strengthening students＇ social practice.
