| 摘 要： | 区域市场经济发育程度对于推行"省直管县"体制改革模式具有重要的影响.中心地理论表明公共服务的提供也是一个由行政因素主导向交通因素主导最后向市场因素主导的转化过程.根据这一原理,我国"省直管县"的体制改革应根据市场经济发展水平在时间上逐步推进,在空间上因地制宜.

| Abstract: | Regional development level of market economy has important effect on the pattern of carrying out the institutional reform of that "provinces directly lead the counties".Central Place Theory indicates that the providing of public service is also a conversion process whose dominant factor changes from administrative factor to traffic factor,then finally,to the market factor.According to this principle,the China's institutional reform of that "provinces directly lead the counties" should be gradually implemented according to the development level of market economy in terms of time and the circumstances in terms of space. |
