| 摘 要： | 我国的授权立法存在着授权主体和被授权主体不够明确、格式不统一和监督机制不健全等问题。该文通过剖析我国授权立法现存的缺陷表现，提出并阐述了完善授权法的内容、加强对授权立法的监督、借鉴西方授权立法的有益经验等具体建议。

| Abstract: | Delegated legislation in China is not perfect in the indistinct relation between authorizing subjects and authorized agents,disunited forms and imperfect supervision mechanisms.This essay analyses the imperfections in delegated legislation in China and gives detailed ways in strengthening the supervision,completing the items and borrowing some practical experience from western countries. |
