| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,投资成为拉动中国经济增长的主动力。实证分析表明,转型期中国投资率偏高且波动明显,因此,要健全政府投资决策和项目法人约束机制,严格实施市场准入标准,控制信贷风险合理引导消费,从而保持适度的投资率。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open outside policy,investment has become the main power that draw the advancement of Chinese economy.In order to maintain the continual,stable,coordinated development of the national economy,the moderate investment rate also continuously was taken as the profitable target of macroeconomics regulation and control.In Chinese reforming time,the investment rate is high and it obviously fluctuates.Therefore,we must perfect restraint mechanism of the investment decision of government and the project legal person,and strictly implement the standard to enter the market,and control credit risk and guide expends,and maintain moderate investment rate. |
