循环经济评价体系的建构及分析

一个时期以来,全球社会经济在迅速发展的同时,也产生了资源枯竭、环境污染和生态失衡危机。因此,持续发展、循环经济节约型社会成为发展的重要趋势。国内外学者和社会各界从不同角度对循环经济进行了讨论和研究,我国各级政府对发展循环经济也进行了有效的探索,但尚未形成决策层、学术界、企业界的共识和互动,对于循环经济系统的研究还没有达到定量和定性相结合的高度。鉴于此,本文借鉴国内外探索的最新成果,结合我国实际,对循环经济评价体系的内涵、建构及评价等问题进行了较为系统、深入的研究。

Design and Analysis on Evaluation System of Circular Economy

With the development of social economy, we are now faced the crisis of ecological environment such as resource exhaustion, environment pollution and ecological imbalance. Hence sustainable development, circular economy and abstemious society are the important trend. Scholars and professionals researches and discusses circular economy from different views. All levels governments of our country have explored the problem on circular economy although the great environment has not been formed among decision-making layer, academic circles and business enterprise field. The analysis of the circular economy system is mainly qualitative research but not qualitative and quantitative method. This thesis draws lessons from the newest achievements of circular economy both at home and abroad, it also bases on national conditions to summarize the theory system, function model and evaluation frame.
