发展现代农业推动城镇化建设的金融视角——以吉林省为例

2013年中央1号文件指出,必须统筹协调,促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展,着力强化现代农业基础支撑,深入推进社会主义新农村建设。城镇化与现代农业相辅相成,相互协调,一方面城镇化建设是现代农业的重要引擎,另一方面,现代农业又推动城镇化建设进一步发展。吉林省农业占GDP比重较高,农产品加工业是支柱产业。这为以发展现代农业为切入点,推动城镇化建设,实现两者良性互动提供了比较优势和丰富的现实素材。金融是现代经济的核心,在支持现代农业发展以推动城镇化建设中发挥了重要作用,也存在一些问题,本文对此进行了调查、总结。
