互联网金融在金融各业态的发展研究

互联网金融是信息化时代背景下金融业发展的必然产物。本文在总结互联网金融概念的基础上,探究了金融各业态在互联网金融模式下的发展机遇和挑战。本文认为,互联网金融是传统金融行业走向高效、便捷、普惠道路的抓手。传统金融行业要充分融合互联网金融的发展模式,突破现有发展模式的瓶颈,从而实现长远可持续发展。与此同时,互联网金融作为大数据时代的新生事物,必然存在着操作风险、系统风险和法律风险,本文从监管体系、安全体系和法律体系方面思考如何解决互联网金融可能出现的各类风险。

The Internet Based Finance Mode Development Research in Financial Industry

Based on the evolution of development ideas and the theoretical concept of development finance, the paper studied the applications of development finance in financial practice. This paper argues that China＇s development finance should try to build their own theoretical system, that is the theory of sustainable financial development based on the theory of financial resources, which is in line with the strategic interests of our long-term development, and in line with the inherent requirement of financial and economic sustainability.
