| 摘 要： | 党的十八届三中全会明确提出发展普惠金融。发展普惠金融对于促进金融公平、提高弱势群体收入、构建现代金融体系、优化金融服务和产品,具有重大而深远的意义。本文重点分析了农业大省吉林省构建农村普惠金融的主力军、建设过程中需要破解的难题,并对相关问题的解决提出了对策建议。
